We wanted to touch base and let you know that we’ve had a great response to the TWU/JetBlue IFC Negotiations Economic Survey. We sent the original announcement out on Monday, and we followed up with a reminder on Wednesday. If you have taken the survey, thank you! If you have received the announcements and you haven’t taken the survey yet, please try and take a few minutes to complete it. The average completion time is between six and seven minutes. That time investment is valuable to your Negotiating Team (NT) for our bargaining position as we negotiate your first contract.
If you received this as an email, but you do NOT see the survey in your mailbox, we assure you—we sent the survey to your email address. If you do not see it in your mailbox, you may have to take some action in order to participate in the TWU/JetBlue IFC Negotiations Economic Survey.
First of all, search your mailbox for the “email@example.com” email address or the phrase “Negotiations Economic Survey.” If that doesn’t produce any results, then the survey could have gotten directed to a different folder than your inbox. Depending on your email provider, it could be in a folder labeled spam, junk, updates, promotions, clutter, etc. If your provider is aggressive, they may have shunted it into your trash folder. And if they are extremely aggressive, it may not have reached your mailbox at all. In that case, you will have to reach out to your email provider directly in order to remove or adjust the filter that is preventing you from receiving these surveys.
We are using SurveyMonkey for this survey. They are tough on spammers, but many email providers still place firm restrictions on anything that looks like a survey, because of past experiences. if you can adjust your own settings, SurveyMonkey has included some resources that may help you allow their messages into your inbox.
If you can’t change your email filters, and you still can’t find your survey, your only option may be to change your email address. If you wish to do that, you can visit our Contact Us page, and select “I want to update my contact info.” Please complete the required fields and put your new email address in the “Email Address” field. It’s not necessary to include your old address. After you take the survey, you may use the same page to change your email address back to the previous one, if you wish. Keep in mind that we cannot send any union messages to your JetBlue address—that includes surveys.
We want EVERYONE to take this survey, and we have done all we can on our end to make sure everyone can participate. Unfortunately, every email provider has different rules and each user has different levels of security enabled, so we can’t get perfect consistency when it comes to email. Sometimes, even this service gets bounce backs from working email accounts.
We’ll send at least three more survey reminders from SurveyMonkey to everyone receiving this message. Those reminders will stop once the survey is taken, so it’s even more incentive to complete it!
Thanks for your understanding, and we look forward to your participation.
