Your TWU IFC Negotiating Team (NT) has just completed a 5-day Negotiating Session with JetBlue Management in Washington D.C. We are pleased to report that we reached Tentative Agreements (TA) on the following articles:
- Exchange of Trips
This brings the number of TAs reached to twenty–one (21). While we cannot discuss the specifics of the TAs until a final agreement is reached, the TAs contain significant improvements to our current IFC work rules. Additionally, we also exchanged proposals and held productive discussions on the Rescheduling and Bidding Articles, which we will continue at our next Negotiating Session December 2–5 in New York City.
To receive additional information about negotiations straight from your Negotiating Team, please attend the TWU / JetBlue IFC Town Hall Conference Call on November 12 at 5:00 p.m, EST. You may submit your questions in advance and register for the call at the website. We will send out the conference call details on Monday.
As a reminder, TWU is holding a Lobby Day in Washington, DC on November 20, where we will take our message about fume events directly to decision-makers. Please contact your IFC Legislative Committee if you are interested in joining us.
An informed and involved IFC Membership is the key to our success. Thank you for your support, and fly safe!
